I taught this combo, performed my “solo” twice, and stopped halfway through the second run because I just… wasn’t feeling it.
Truth is — even as teachers, choreographers, professionals… we have days where we don’t feel secure. Where the dancing doesn’t land. Where we doubt ourselves more than usual.
Confidence isn’t the absence of insecurity. It’s choosing to show up anyways.
