And just like that… we finished our Monday Beginners Intensive course ✨
Honestly, even though it was “just” 4 classes, this month felt incredibly full and productive. And I can already say that this new format we tested this month — and that we’ll continue next month as well — works SO well for beginners.
Because instead of separating everything, we dive into dance from all sides right away 🤍
During these classes we worked on:
– body conditioning and strength
– heels technique and base
– weight transfer, walking, bevels, balance and all those important key points in High Heels
– and then connected everything directly into choreography.
And honestly, this combination changes everything.
Because without strength in the body, some movements are really hard to fully understand or control. But at the same time, choreography is where we actually feel the magic of dance. It’s where we stop overthinking and start enjoying, feeling, expressing.
So combining all these parts together creates such a deep and full immersion into the world of Heels ✨
This format was originally meant to be just a temporary experiment… but I decided to keep it for our last course before summer break ☀️
Our new course starts on May 18 and will continue in this same intensive format:
strength + technique + choreography all together.
If you still want to join — there are only 3 spots left 🤍

Lately I’ve been noticing something - I really started wanting to come back to my old choreographies. Not because I’m lazy to create new ones or anything like that. If you’ve been with me for a while, you know that for years I never repeated anything. Every course was always new, every choreography fresh, I didn’t like going back to the same pieces 🤷🏼♀️
And only recently I allowed myself to do it. And honestly, I really enjoy it now. Because even when I take something I created before, like this choreography from 2024, it feels completely different. I see it differently, I move differently, I film it differently, and most importantly - I feel it differently 🥹
And I think that’s the most interesting part. It’s not really about the choreography itself, it’s about how you change inside it.
But at the same time, my current courses still include new choreographies. I just realised I love mixing both now - creating something new and sometimes coming back to something that once meant something to me 💫
Continuation of “Haunted” 🐾
First part is on my profile if you want to check it out 😌
New Heels course starts March 31 — it’s going to be very hot again 🔥

Some girls watch heels dance videos.
Some girls save them.
And some girls actually come to class and learn how to move like this. 👠
No experience.
No “perfect body”.
No dancer background needed.
No pressure to be good from day one.
No need to “feel ready”.
Just curiosity, music and a little courage to try something new.
And that moment when you suddenly realize…
you’re not overthinking anymore.
You’re just dancing.
Laughing with the girls.
Trying something new.
Feeling your body move in a way you didn’t expect.
And sooner or later every girl chooses…
Stay the one watching.
Or become the one dancing.
Which one are you?
New heels courses start March 14 👠

We finished our beginners course like this - with pure fire and full rock star energy 🔥
And I’m honestly so proud of these girls.
Some of them started from zero.
Some already had experience.
But what unites them all is the courage to grow.
Week by week I watched them become stronger, more confident, more free in their body.
Posture changed. Energy changed. Presence changed.
This is exactly why I love working with beginners.
Because this level is not about perfection - it’s about foundation.
About building technique.
About understanding your body.
About discovering a new side of yourself.
My mission is not just to teach choreography.
It’s to open the door into the world of heels - powerful, feminine, expressive.
To create a space where women feel safe to try, to fall, to repeat, to shine.
And if you’re watching this thinking
“damn… I wish that was me”
It can be.
March group is coming.
