Choo choo!! On this monthly edition of Side Project, we’re gassing up the ol’ girl to fly us out to the Windy City to talk about Perfect Strangers! We are joined by siblings Imran and Sofia from the Dance of Joy podcast to investigate the wacky cousins Larry and Balki in the sixth season episode “Out of Sync”. Inexplicably, Balki gets a record deal and becomes a hip hopper. Problems arise when they don’t read the fine print and the harsh reality of the music business rears its ugly tentacles.
James is abuzz with excitement getting to watch a show that actually features some music. Peat is still puzzled over who wrote the lyrics to this musical number. Luckily, our Perfect Strangers experts shed a little light on any lingering questions. They were an absolute blast to have on our show.
