The energy, the smiles, the love, we were overwhelmed. You helped us create something truly special right here in Barnet a new sacred space for women to dance, move, breathe, and connect.
🌸 We’ve now launched our full timetable including Beginners Belly Dance, Yoga, Pilates, and a new Mums & Daytime Class (Wed 1 pm).
💃 First class is only £5! — and members can bring a friend free for their first class.
We’d love to keep growing this circle of women who want more than a gym women who want to feel good, free, and connected.

From next week, our new Beginners Belly Dance choreography officially begins a beautiful veil piece inspired by the final scene of Symphony of Lights, where women rise together and become the light ✨
And yes…
students will also have the opportunity to perform as part of the show this July at artsdepot.

This programme was born from the powerful response women had after watching our empowering show @symphonyoflightsofficial
Women kept saying:“I felt seen.”“I want more.”“I want to reconnect with myself too.”
