In 2025 I started getting really fit, I let my wife shave my head, I directed and produced 13 documentaries across clients such as BBC, Cathay Pacific, Gilead sciences, I got to see Coldplay live, I became really unfit again (travelling for work ruins my routine), and I got to see my son experience his first year of life and is now waddling the streets I used to waddle.
I’m 31 now and I spent my birthday this year playing golf and going to the pub with friends I’ve known since I was 6 years old. And even though I can start to feel my age starting to get on a bit physically and mentally, this year has been a reminder that my life has actually just started.
