Whats your favorite childhood dish?
01 - Blinchiki with smetana (russian creme fraiche), fresh peas, dill
02 - holy trinity: blinchiki, pickle, sguschonka
03 - the real deal: blinchiki with sguschonka (condensed milk)
Since my parents are originally from Tadschikistan, russian kitchen played a big role during my childhood.
Blinchiki is a classic we usually had after school and as kids our favorite combo was a mix of cinnamon and sugar or sguschonka.
