This year brought with it so many special new ppl and things. It was by no means easy but I’ll never forget it and everything it brought with it.

Today marks the release of Ginger Root’s newest LP, SHINBANGUMI.
Having hard time articulating what this record means, but I will simply just address this to Cameron. Congratulations on what I consider to be one of the most spectacular albums I could ever imagine. It’s truly special to watch you continuously push yourself. This project has been insanely tough work creatively, logistically, and certainly emotionally. I find myself wanting to celebrate the person you have become in making this project even more than the project itself. I feel I owe nearly all my understanding of what it means to navigate this industry to you, and the insane amount of work and time we have put in together. I am so proud of you and endlessly grateful for getting to chase down the answers to the “what ifs?” together. I hope you can absorb how momentous this project is.

Eternally grateful to Ghostly and in turn a whole army of ppl who heard Cameron’s ideas and were ready to figure out how to bring them to life immediately. This has been such a special ride and we owe so much to the team of Ghostly. Something I could not have imagined happening when I dreamt of doing this shit as a kid.
ALL of GR Productions for working so hard on these magnificent videos. It’s really special to watch a crew bring their A game and level up those around them.
Thank you to Dylan and Matt who always have shown up to bring these songs to life with Cam. It’s so special to look back at where this all started and where GR has ended up. Thank you George for always being there to help piece together work when the time comes.

I met Font 18 months ago and seeing them for the first time truly reinvigorated what makes doing this special for me. Eternally grateful for them letting me into the fold and for being such gracious hard working ppl. Tbh have no clue how I would be feeling about music today without these boys. Their debut record is out today and I think it’s a special one, one that I would love for you to take some time out of your day for:)
