The Beauty of Steel. #steelisreal
This @columbus_official Zona frame had been custom made for it‘s first owner, was just not as perfect for it‘s second.
But Steel can be cut and welded again and so we did.
Adjust the geometry and size to fit @flex_is_back (remember S,M,L are not bike sizes, every human is different, we are talking mm here)
Hydrodip paint in @rufusmacba colors and Pearl Orange @houseofkolor_ logos to make every head turn around when you roll by.
Rebuild with its original Parts; ready for any Adventure.
With the @sonnabendynamo doesn’t matter if it’s Night or day.
With the clearance up to 42mm doesn’t matter if it‘s city or path.
Ready for many many more years of fun!

Rdv à Tours au paddock pour voir la bête en vrai.
Usual wheel aligned check here at Danaro, gets done several times on every frame.
After tacking, after welding and after welding the bridges.
In this video it was the last check, after bridges.
The frames also get checked before on the alignment table to make sure that chain and seat stays are aligned with the front triangle and the wheels are always centered and aligned to Danaro standards (+-0.2mm)
If you buy a series production bike, even a top-of-the-range one, you are accepting a compromise.
Maybe a decent compromise. A well-researched compromise, based on statistics, averages, and “standard” profiles (or targeted profiles).
It kinda works for many, but it’s not designed for you.
S, M, L and the pre-packaged sizes that force us to adapt to the medium often don’t work at all.
A custom frame on the other hand is not the “right size”,
It’s your geometry based on you.
Unpainted pictures of this very small sized yet 29” (up to 67mm) wheel MTB frame designed and brazed for @thedailywig and no one else.
