Last week, I had the pleasure of performing at The Magic Castle, where I appreciated the opportunity to hang with my friends, Jon and Owen of The Passing Zone. I also enjoyed meeting up with my friend Jack Goldfinger, The Magic Castle's talent booker, and Karen Lorre, a friend and my former magic assistant from High School.
One of the perks of performing at Marvyn’s Magic Theatre this weekend is spending time with daughter and grandson. Even shopping at Costco is a fun excursion.
I’ve heard people say the internet listens to you—like you talk about something, and suddenly it shows up in your feed. But this is next level. Yesterday, my wife and I were talking about how, after 23 years of living in this house, we’ve never seen a single duck in our neighborhood. This morning, we wake up… and there are two ducks in our pool.
