ICN nationals it’s been real!!
I had the honor of coaching @rhian.natasha_fitness and @emhubeck to get to this level! And they brought it!!
Rhi was first up bringing a better physique based on judges feedback showing bikini is going to be our calling card narrowly missing the PQ but still absolutely surpassing her comp look at her last national and having a blast whilst doing so!
Now it’s grow time!!
Em was next with our entire focus on beating her previous look and placing which occurred with ease winning her open class and securing a PQ allowing us to go into the pro show that night to secure a 2nd place in fitness pro and a pro card in the making!!
As well as 4th in the sports pro as well 30 minutes later.
Big shout out to @scott_teamecto for making the trip over and giving a much needed hand when possible.
Plans are in place and trust me these girls are just warming up!!

honestly don’t even know where to begin. From helping me through recovering from surgery, to pushing me through prep when I doubted myself, you’ve been there every single step of the way. Three shows later and what a way to end the season.
Thank you for backing me on the hard days, keeping me focused when prep brain kicked in and I couldn’t remember check in days.😆 After everything this year threw at me, getting back on stage felt impossible at one point, but you never let me believe that.
Your support, patience, knowledge, deserves an award of its own honestly. Couldn’t have asked for a better coach to guide me through this journey and I’m beyond grateful for everything you’ve done not just for my physique, but for my mindset too.
You are a true legend and I am so lucky to have you in my corner.

Nothing like a successful weekend to make the trip worth it!
This weekend we had @sean_brown90 compete in the @icn_sa show and with a adjustment to his peak we bought a much more complete package with a wicked line up of bodybuilders (14 if I recall) to bring home 2x silver and a gold.
Now it’s time to board a flight and finish the dance with one more show to go which will be showing our best!
