Philippians 2:3 says: “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.” This verse explains my entire approach to sales better than any framework ever could. Sales was never meant to be about winning, convincing, or pushing someone to say yes. It was meant to be about service. About humility. About genuinely caring more about the person in front of you than the outcome you want. When you lead with that posture, everything changes. You stop forcing decisions. You stop manipulating emotions. You stop treating people like numbers. You listen more. You slow down. You help people see clearly. And here’s the paradox: when you value people over the sale, trust increases. Clarity increases. Alignment increases. And decisions become easier—because they’re rooted in truth, not pressure. This is why I believe Service Over Selling isn’t just a sales philosophy. It’s leadership. It makes you a better salesperson, a better coach, and honestly, a better human. @cameron_cheek came back to HQ for his post-workshop follow up yesterday🙌 After coming to his Operator Workshop, he knew ALL of the actions he needed to take in order to get his business to the next level, but it was a lot. So he chose to come back after 30 days of execution and get help installing the 2-3 things he knew were most important to him and his success.
