21k with over 1000m elevation. Lots of ups and downs all around Blue Mountain, but it was a beautiful day and a ton of fun!
It's nice to be out racing again. So proud of @megdelarosa for completing her first 1/2 marathon!

The race was 5 miles every 4 hours for 24 hours. The last two legs were pretty tough and my pace dropped off quite a bit. But it was a lot of fun and a unique way to stay in race shape. ...

What an amazing two day race at the New River Gorge in West Virginia. We traversed all around the gorge. We climbed down ladders, saw caves and boulders, biked some incredible single track, discovered abandoned mines and railways, and more. We even had our own little cabin in the woods. What an experience! The 3rd place finish was the icing on the cake. .

Great race this weekend and a great finish. First overall! 🥇
It started off on the wrong foot - actually no feet - since I forgot my running shoes! Hard to race without those. Luckily Ben had a spare pair in his truck.
It was insanely hot and humid out there and I have more bug bites than I can count, but I'm incredibly proud of our team and what we were able to push through.
We mapped out a plan and stuck to it.
