I’ve got @damonwise1 in the kitchen and we’re not holding back. We’re talking cheese-packed tamales ,the kind that make your heart happy on the first bite, and blanket them with a heaping snowfall of shaved white truffle.
This is old-school flavor with a new-school flex. Tradition dressed in black tie. Comfort with a crown on it.
