Arrest and Charges:
Was arrested in Australia October 2024. He faces six counts of sexual penetration without consent following an alleged incident in a Perth Hotel room. He has pleaded not guilty on all charges.
Bail Conditions:
He was granted bail but under strict conditions. Surrendering his passport and staying in Australia.
Request for Christmas Travel:
In September 2025 a request was made to change bail conditions so he could return to the UK for Christmas.
Current status:
A judge is still deciding is still pending. If this is granted it is likely Yung Filly would be required to return back to Australia within a certain time period.
