This client got insurance to pay for their roof but that was years ago and they never got it done. In most cases, Insurance withholds a portion of the money until the work is completed and since they waited so long they were not eligible for the remainder of the payout. Now that they need to sell the house and must pay the remainder out of pocket in order to sell.

Anybody on here bought “Lego’s” off aliexpress? Been wanting to get the Batman shadow box but the originals sell for like 900$ and I just got it off of aliexpress for 100$ 😅
Took Torren out for hibachi for the first time and it was fun but also chaotic 😅 the rest of the table was a family celebrating their daughters 18th birthday. I started talking to their Dad who was sitting next to me and he bought me a shot and paid for our 130$ dinner!!! In this crazy world this was a huge reminder that people still have faith, understanding, and love for a complete stranger. First time I’ve ever had a stranger pay for my meal and nearly brought me to tears… God is good 🙏
