BORROWED TIME OUT NOW
Can’t believe this song is coming out 4 years after I first wrote it. I started writing it when I was learning how to play the guitar and was growing more comfortable with playing chords.
I sent the chords over to @sunsetdrver and we started to flesh out the song together over Zoom because the lockdown rules meant we couldn’t do sessions in person.
Because I’m no guitar hero, she sent the track over to @chrioblakeofficial_ to jazz up the guitar parts of the song. (who I’m sure doesn’t even remember playing on this because it was a lifetime ago)
3 re-recordings later (because the vocals needed to HIT) I was finally ready to put the song out.
