Not one to normally post something for a competition to ‘the grid’ 😂 but since I’ve spent the majority of this lockdown cooking/baking, figured I may as well!
Used 3 @pinkladyeurope to make this toffee apple traybake 😊
(Might have slightly underestimated the heat of the parents aga and overcooked (*burnt) them a little 😬 but made some caramel sauce to drizzle over and still good!)

Before Covid-19 rudely interrupted us and closed down our filming, I was working with some excellent people, together with a brilliant cast of lovely people from East Wall, and getting to know East Wall and its surrounding area (not far from where I live!) better. East Wall is a really amazing little community within Dublins Inner City, with so much interesting history. I loved every bit of learning about Sean O' Casey and his Dublin life, the Dublin people he wrote about, living their lives in 1915/16, so much East Wall history, and getting to know great people living in East Wall now.
Looking forward to watching this (with the parents! 😂..because covid) and hearing what people think!
