My favorite part about art is that you can make it sound or look like whatever you want. Filmed in LA by @cryptic.witness where we took a ride down memory lane into a previous life I once cherished. All effects were composed via analog (or acoustically as I like to call it, ironically) and everything was shot in an afternoon. It's why i'm only wearing one singular fit throughout all the shots, which includes one of my favorite t-shirts: an '06 baby milo tee with a dense design and a thick screen print of a drumstick that is just labeled with "chicken" Cause i'm bout my chicken. Wrote/produced/recorded this song at my crib in Tokyo. Half the lyrics are not even actually what I wrote on the screen but honestly, you might never even notice unless you read this part. @ourplus1life im locking in.

Scenic/art department work for @billyjoel music video “turn the lights back on” December 2023, with north of now production. Had to do some recreations of hand-written notes based off original scans from Billy’s songwriting book. His hand writing was garbage and I copied it damn near identical in person he complained he couldn’t read it, but he’s also kinda up there in age and was I kid you not, hawk tuah’ing all over the stage. Anyway afterwards I created a “new/modern” version of his song writing notes for a brand new song to release, as portrayed in the final scene for the video. My favorite part is using my bape pen that had traveled the world with me a few times as the pen prop in the video 🤣🤣. BTS Photo by @henrykornaros (thanks again) The only thing about this day that was a hard battle to overcome was fighting the demand to mark up the piano with a little spot to represent the ashtray placement everytime we moved. I knew the marker the department had labeled as “UV” ink was too opaque and I couldn’t bare to be the one to vandalize a beautiful instrument. I just relied on trusty ol math and my measuring tape to keep everything continuous. Collected and staged props sourced by Oisin Moore. This day was a bunch of fun, and as always I showed my appreciation to him his friends production company for having me on board. It was genuinely a fun time for both of us and it was the day he met his current girlfriend, and we relished in how much of a success the whole production was…so it was really bizarre that down the line he would start to take advantage of me as a friend and employee but as I slowly learned in the last few years working in the production agency, it would become a common error amongst many individuals.

Winter 2024 Scenic fab work for @tiffanyandco with @spaethdesign . Had a lot of fun using the ratchet-ass sandbox one of my coworkers slapped together and I was strangely the best person to fit the awkward angle of the machine. Shit was definitely not safe for my skin or lungs, but at the time I was than willing to die for the cause of making art, even for big corporations. Whatever it takes to get on, right? Doesn’t change how much I enjoyed the project however.
