Pictured here, a beautifully tailored traditional Ukrainian waistcoat or vest, known as a Kersetka. Folded pleats underneath the fitted back create flare, movement and a voluminous silhouette, in the most lovely faded purple velvet. Layered with a finely gathered Eastern European linen shirt with pretty embroidered details, impressive sleeves and crochet scalloped edging.
