I was really excited to work with @imogenfawkes on these hand made corsets that are all made of recycled antique fabric and beading. She sent them to me and we sold a bunch on tour, we then planned on putting them on our shop so arranged a courier to send them to the warehouse. A suss courier I will not name who also bailed on me 3 times cus my intercom is broken. Eventually I waved goodbye to the little guys and awaited the warehouse notification that said they had arrived safely. But they never landed :( i was really sad and was convinced they were stolen. Our team decided we could solve it by commissioning Imogen to make us a second batch of them. None of them could be exactly the same as the beading and fabric was different. I kind of loved this, some of the details are so unique it made for a more exciting project. She sent the new batch and off we went on another tour. A year and a half goes by when…. emerging from the shadows a Good Samaritan emails us out of the blue as she bought a box of corsets from a postal lost property service and was kind enough to return them back to us and only asked us to cover the postage. I was sure a random courier man was walking round his flat in silky branded corsets and we got them back!! So here they are, almost 2 years later we shoved them back on the shop and here r some of the girli popses in them. Link in bio
