This event will feature…
•4 Separate Courses, each with their own style and vibe. It’s almost like an amusement park for drivers but without the long lines!
•SEPARATE Figure 8 area for you new guys.
•All courses will be fully staffed, operating independently and continuously throughout the entire day.
•Tire Service on site with new and used tires available. Holler (@leftcoasttireco on IG) for pre-orders or questions.
•3 pit crew spots available to all members
•Food Vendors on site.
•Additional Restrooms on site.
•Media Coverage including drone footage and chase footage available for drivers.
•HELMET RENTALS AVAILABLE (limited quantity on first come first serve basis).

Calendar Update! These are all the finalized event dates for the rest of the year. Please note that we moved the December event back one more Saturday to the 19th. Other than that one change everything else is still the same.
We are still working on fitting in one or two more events somewhere through the year, so if we can make that happen then we will update you guys as soon as that’s finalized.
Next event is May 23rd. Event registration will go live soon so keep checking back.

Hey guys and gals. Sorry for the radio silence. We have been extremely busy grinding hard to get back on track and wanted to give you guys an update on it!
We have officially purchased our new policy that meets all the requirements asked of us and we have submitted this policy to the venue for review/approval. This is the very last step before getting back out there! As soon as we get the green light we are going live with the April 4th event. We are crossing our fingers that we hear back in a day or two.🤞

VDC MEMBERS — EVENT STATUS UPDATE
As most of you know, we were forced to postpone our February 7th event due to an administrative issue related to our venue agreement.
Following that situation, we were informed that the insurance requirements under our 2026 use agreement exceed the limits of our current policy.
We are actively working to secure updated coverage that meets the new requirements. Securing this coverage is our top operational priority, and we are treating it with the urgency it deserves. While we expect this to be resolved very soon, we are cutting it extremely close to next weekend.
Rather than risk another last-minute cancellation, we are making the proactive decision to postpone the upcoming event.
Our next planned event date is April 4th, and we are working to ensure everything is fully in place well ahead of that date.
We understand the frustration, especially after the previous postponement. Our priority is long-term stability, compliance, and protecting the future of Valley Drift Club at our venue.
We appreciate your patience and continued support as we transition into the 2026 season.

6.0 z32 Nissan 5 speed summit stage 2 cam, 1983 Volvo 240 wagon. Holley style exhaust cast manifolds. There is def a restriction it just falls off on top but def made some gains. Fixed idle issues. #dafttuned #dafttuning
1968 Camaro Z28 | Weaver Racing Chassis | LS3 + T56
Stock LS3 setup, but the car came in with a few issues holding it back.
– Cheap Chinese MAF sensor
– Incorrect MAF pinout
– Cooling fans not turning on (possible bad relay)
We replaced the MAF with a genuine Hitachi (Japan) unit and corrected the wiring. Instantly, the car ran exactly how it should. For now, we temporarily wired the fans so the customer could safely drive it home.
Shoutout to @lifesgoodracing for handling a full nut & bolt check, brakes, and additional safety items.
The wild part?
The customer hasn’t driven this car in 13 years.
After the fixes, he drove it from Modesto to Alameda with zero issues.

It might be a new year but we’re still doing the same fun ass events.
