Why do I always leave
@daesungro feeling good? Is it the food, the service, the company, or overall vibe? ANSWER: all of the above. The meat quality is great, service is awesome, I always go with good company, and it has an old school Korean vibe with the small metal circular tables and stools. The banchan is straightforward - lettuce salad, green onion salad, pickled radish, and 1-2 others.
The wait can sometimes be more than an hour!
Food highlights:
- beef belly with bean sprouts (Woo-Samgyeop, 우삼겹)
- pork belly (thick cut)
- marinated beef rib (jumulleok, 주물럭)
- tortillas (yes, 🌽 tortillas)
- the dipping sauces (perilla 깻잎 "chimichurri", hot sauce)
