This week at DadSpace, we were reminded again how powerful simple connection can be.
From darts and laughter in Faversham 🎯 to honest conversations and support in Folkestone — dads came together, opened up, listened, and showed up for each other.
Mental health support doesn’t always have to look formal. Sometimes it’s just being around people who understand.
A huge thank you to every dad who joined us this week. Whether you talked, listened, or simply turned up — it mattered.
