It is with so many mixed emotions that we bid farewell to these two guys tonight. What an absolute honor it has been to watch these guys not only grow as bartenders but to grow into the amazing people they are today. Carson and Peter have been a part of this team since before we opened the doors. They have poured their hearts and souls into everything that they do, and for that, we thank you. This Saturday, we sadly bid farewell to these O.G.s Carson and Peter have been a part of the team since before day one. While we're super sad to see them go, we are so proud of them. They're packing their bags and heading off to New York.
