Serve is a sonic statement, a genuine story told by way of unabated riffs, pummeling breakdowns and gut-wrenching hooks. Expect metallic hardcore with old-school and modern influences, ranging from Converge and Slipknot to Fit For An Autopsy and Spirit Box.
This is our purgation, sharing our hopes and griefs with those willing to listen and lose themselves in the moment. We journey into unhealed scars and rip open new ones through playing songs from our EP’s ‘Life Isn’t Lived, It Is Suffered Through’ and ‘Deeper Into The Wound’ as well as our full-length ‘The Light Outlives The Sun’ and more recently on our latest single ‘ An Angel Entombed’.

Rites is not afraid to speak up about the current state of the world. Influenced by bands such as The Distillers, Dag Nasty and Drug Church, Rites presents high energy hardcore with a punkrock twist.
