We’re opening the next trimester at DADA, and we’re deeply excited to share the rhythm of what’s ahead ✨ A season of drawing, music, puppetry, movement, painting, storytelling, ecology and slow creative time spent together, intentionally. These classes are for what doesn’t always have a place elsewhere.
For what lives inside and needs a form, a gesture, a sound and a color.
For discovering tools and techniques that help you (or your child) bring the inside out. Each class is guided by an artist-educator who holds space, offers direction, and invites exploration.
Every teacher brings a different language of creation.

Small update ❤️‍🩹 We’ve decided to postpone this week’s live drawing session to next Thursday, May 21st ⚡️ Another event is happening the same evening at Beirut Art Center, with friends from the south and artists from across Lebanon participating,, and it feels important for us to be able to show up and move together rather than overlap 🌀 The live drawing session will still happen in Batoul’s name, and all profits will still go to the emergency fund ❤️‍🩹 Thank you for understanding,, apologies for the very short notice,,

After a little pause, the live drawing sessions are starting again at Dada ❤️‍🩹🪼 Over the past 2 months, the space shifted into a place to respond & organize thru the ongoing violence and lzraheIIi attacks on Lebanon and our people,, And while none of this is over,, we also want to slowly make room again for moments of drawing & being together We’re reopening the space for our 7th live drawing session Thursday 14th of May 🌀 Come draw what you see, however you want,, We’ll take care of the materials :) Live models & wine waiting for you 🤼🍷 These sessions happen every 2 weeks, each time with a different artist from Dada guiding the night and bringing their own touch and direction to the evening 🐾🧑🏽‍🎨 Come with a friend or come solo,, Slow down, draw, meet people, share a simple creative moment 🦊 And a small reminder ❤️‍🩹 even as some activities slowly resume, many people are still displaced, struggling and in need of support... Many of you asked for @kay.ayach ’s shirt, so she created a new design with my help 🌹 And this time, it's for a cause. The design is available on shirts, stickers, and postcards. Every piece you buy goes directly to supporting people displaced by the war in Lebanon. Part of the funds will go to DADA, @dadacommunityartspace , supporting babies and children with basic necessities. The other part will support a grass root initiative led by @mhmdalayan , helping displaced families get access to shelter, food, medicine, and urgent needs. Our batch is limited: Black t-shirts, with blue or white typography. White t-shirts, with pink or blue typography. Each T-shirt is priced at $30. Stickers & postcards are priced at $5 together. Children are sacred 🩶 Imagine your child without the minimum needed to sleep, eat, stay warm, or stay clean. Many families are facing this right now... Dada is welcoming its first cooking workshop on Sunday March 8 🍝 Held by Leen from @_nabatarian_ and open to kids aged 8-13 y.o! Leen is the founder of Nabatarian, a project rooted in seasonal vegetarian catering and plant-dyed creations 🌿 On the menu: tagliatelle using fresh ingredients, naturally colored with carrot, beetroot & spinach for a cool twist 🌈 Come get your hands messy with us!!
