This icy fantasy had some solid moments that pulled me in, but overall it just didn’t hit the spot for me.
The world building has a cool edge and the queen’s power struggles keep things tense, yet the pacing and romance didn’t quite spark the fire I was hoping for. It might simply not be my usual vibe.
