LONG LIVE DJ TIM DOLLA — THE JERSEY CLUB KING. Before Jersey Club became a sound heard across the world, there were pioneers building it from the ground up right here in Newark. DJ Tim Dolla, born Timothy Foster, was one of those builders. As a DJ, producer, Brick Bandits original, and Jersey Club pioneer, Tim helped shape more than music — he helped shape movement, culture, community, and identity. His work helped push the Brick Bandits name forward and gave young creatives a lane, a family, and a sound they could call their own. Records like “Swing Dat Shyt” didn’t just make people dance — they helped define an era. Tim’s influence went beyond the DJ booth. He was remembered as a big brother, mentor, teacher, people’s champ, and true architect of the Jersey Club culture. His name belongs in the foundation. His impact lives in every bounce. His legacy moves every dance floor. Because legends are not only remembered for what they created. They are remembered for who they lifted. Who they taught. Who they believed in. Who they made feel like they belonged. DJ Tim Dolla helped give Jersey Club its heartbeat. Every kick. Every bounce. Every chant. Every dance floor that turns into a family reunion.
