This year I will be riding a 75km time trial for my Yeye and in memory of my Grandmother. hundreds of thousands of people in North America alone suffer from diseases like dementia and Alzheimer's and millions more are likely to develop them. No one at any age should have to fear about their brain health and with the important work done by the Baycrest foundation hopefully none will.

We wanted to congratulate our media man, Gabriel Jae (@daawsm ), for his performance at the Bike for Brain Health event last Sunday June 4th. Gabriel did a great job gathering donations to help raise funds and awareness for brain health and reduce the fear of mental deterioration with age.
Lucky for us and unlucky for Gabriel's knees he did an extra lap on the DVP and ended up riding 95k at the event. We'll have a new video up showcasing all of this soon and we'll also fill you in on how much we raised.
We just wanted to say thank you again to everyone who donated and we hope you all enjoy some riding this weekend.
