BIG UP MISS ABERDEEN 👸 What an end to the season for @daagmarkaa I could not be more proud of how Dagmara has conducted herself this year. Ate every meal, did all the cardio and steps, did every training session, you name it and she did it First ever time competing this year, but man you would never know. She presented beautifully at every show and it makes me very happy when someone just clearly loves what they’re doing. I am gutted I couldn’t witness this in person yesterday (shoutout to shingles) but my god I am so happy for her! Thank you for putting your faith in me Dagmara, and here’s to a long and successful offseason🙂‍↕️🤘

And just like that my first bodybuilding show is in the books 🥹 After weeks of prep I finally stepped on stage for the very first time at PCA Scotland and I can wholeheartedly say it was the most rewarding thing I’ve done in life so far.✨ I’ve been dieting since September with an initial goal of doing a photoshoot which then turned into a full blown competition prep. 😮‍💨 All the hours spent in the gym, weighing every meal to the gram, making sacrifices no one ever sees, graft in silence and years or discipline turned into something no one will ever take away from me.🥹 Took a 4th place in an insanely stacked lineup of 13 girls & an invite to the British Finals and Universe which is phenomenal. I am beyond proud of myself and the package Blair and myself brought for my first show - unquestionably the best me. 🤍 It was an absolute honor to share the stage with some of the best bikini athletes in Scotland - which makes my competitive ass even more satisfied 😜 I am eternally grateful for all the support I have been getting over the past few months - it means EVERYTHING 🤍 First show down, two more to come - LETS GEDDIT🙌🏽

This photoshoot meant a lot more than just capturing my physique. It’s not just showcasing the 12 weeks of relentless graft… it’s the years of discipline, dedication and sacrifice in one frame. It’s pushing my body and mind to a whole new level. It’s proving to myself that I am a lot more capable of than I have ever thought, and a reminder of how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown physically and mentally. Proud to say this is the best version of myself to date and we ain’t even done yet, as we are officially 13 weeks out from my first competition and I can’t bloody wait for this new experience. We keep going, we keep showing up - let’s get it🚀

Appreciation post for my number one and only - the rock behind it all. 🫶🏽 I would quite literally not be where I am without this man. Thinking back to when we first started talking about the idea of him going on stage which has been a dream of his since the day we met - 2 years ago, the day of the Granite City Classic. At that point, neither of us have even thought that one day we will be competing at the exact same show and be on the same stage. Crazy to think but I genuinely never had a desire to attend a bodybuilding show let alone competing in one… until I met Aaron. His love for this sport totally inspired me and quite frankly changed me as a person. Training together, prepping our meals and genuinely sharing the same passion has been the biggest blessing and a win in life. He was the first person that has spotted my potential and encouraged me to push that further and prove to myself that I am a lot more capable than I have ever thought. Fast forward 2 years & we both smashed our first bodybuilding season. 🥹 Sharing a stage and being each others biggest supporters during this journey is an actual dream come true. Going through prep together has been so bittersweet for us but it has only made us stronger as a couple, and looking back I wouldn’t want it any other way.🤍 „Having a man who supports your life goals is awesome but having a man who chases them with you is a different level”✨

This one meant a lot 🥹 Certainly a day to remember.✨ That’s where everything has started - the passion for bodybuilding, the place I met the love of my life and the day that created the most amazing memories of my lifetime. Grateful. Fulfilled. Blessed 🤍

POV: you invested in the best coach who genuinely wants to see you win.🤘🏾 The amount of gratitude and appreciation I have got for this guy is absolutely beyond my mind. Joined him at only 12 weeks out of my first bodybuilding show and at the point when I was completely lost and questioning whether I should even pursue the goal of stepping on stage at all. His authenticity and attention to coaching gained my trust straight away after our first chat - I just knew he will be the right person to guide me through this journey and man I wasn’t wrong! 🥳 It has been a one emotional rollercoaster and the amount of support I have been given by him throughout that time cannot be overstated. He kept me grounded, strong and locked in during my regular freak outs and meltdowns. The level of coaching, dedication to my development and care for my mental wellbeing every day I wish every athlete was getting from their coach. Having Blair as my coach is an absolute pleasure. I am truly grateful for the time and effort he has invested in me and I couldn’t have gone through this without his support and encouragement. He knows how hard I’ve worked for this and the struggles I had along the way but he has helped me through them and I don’t think I could’ve asked for more from a fantastic coach he is.🙌🏽

First time on stage, and a 4th place out of 13 girls (I think, there was a lot anyway) at PCA Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 An absolutely incredible first showing from Dagmara, and something both her and I are very very proud of🤝 Having only come to me 12 weeks out from this show, we had to get straight to work, not only physically but we had to build a relationship where she could trust me and come to me with anything she needed. Prepping people for me should never be a case of “shut up and get on with it” kind of situation. This is a hard thing for anybody to embark on, so sometimes it requires a bit of reassurance and trust. I’m grateful for Dagmara trusting me with this, and it turns out we make a fucking awesome team. Dagmara has not missed a single beat since she came on, a true athlete by definition🙂‍↕️ Onto the next one, UKUP here we come🤘
