Charlotte Head, Samuel Corner, Leona (Ellie) Kamio and Fatema Zainab Rajwani have all been remanded to prison ahead of their sentencing. This is despite the prosecution saying they do not seek to remand them by revoking bail.
All of the defendants, apart from Samuel Corner, have already served 18months in prison on remand, the equivalence of a near 4 year prison sentence. Samuel Corner has been in prison for 21months.
During the trial, jurors were shown images taken by the police which showed images of the damage
caused to Israeli military equipment and weapons in the Filton site. The pictures show damaged
Israeli military drones, drone controllers, computer equipment and other military technologies.

Jordan Devlin was found not guilty of any charges after a second trial of the Filton 6 earlier this month.
In August 2024, he was arrested at the Elbit Systems research and development facility in Filton after destroying drones destined for Gaza. He was held on remand for more than a year.
A jury found him not guilty of Aggravated Burglary or Violent Disorder in January, but they could not reach a verdict on Criminal Damage. He was released on bail until a second trial last month, where along with Zoe Rogers he was acquitted on that charge.
Four fellow activists were found guilty of Criminal Damage and were immediately remanded until sentencing on 18 June.
It has now been revealed that Mr Justice Johnson is likely to apply a terrorist connection when sentencing, which could severely increase their likely time in prison and affect their release on licence for years to come. They have never been charged with a terrorist offence and the jury was not told this would apply.

Been inside the court today for the Leicester 6 and here are the updates .. unfortunately the two who were not granted bail last time still haven’t been allowed out and being held till August 7th and I guess we see what happens there.

Zahra Farooque (@zahrafarooque ) liberated Filton 24 prisoner and ASAP Team Member, delivered a powerful speech at yesterday’s webinar hosted by Global Alliance for Palestine (@gafpalestine ) and ASAP.
During ‘Mobilising Against Israel’s Death Penalty Law’, Zahra discussed ways that we can organise from the UK to combat the new death penalty law for Palestinians in the occupied territories.

Four of the Filton 24 are currently imprisoned after being convicted of criminal damage at their retrial last month. The judge remanded them despite it not being requested by the prosecutio and is now seeling to sentence them as terrorists.
We need more cash to support the prisoners and their loved ones with visits etc over the coming weeks as they prepare for sentencing on June 12th
We also need to help support defendents of trial 2 with housing and support as their 6 week trial begins on June 15th
Previous money raised has been used on support costs and distributed to released prisoners to support them as they try to settle back into their homes as they face continued harassment by the state.
