Hey Beautiful People 👋🏿,
On this episode, it is a live recording of my Trappings of Masculinity Roundtable where I had the opportunity to discuss with five Black men from various sectors of youth work and community activism about the trappings of masculinity within the patriarchy and how they redefine it for themselves and the youth they serve.
Additionally, it’s a new milestone for THE CHAIR. This is our first episode that is over an hour (an hour and 8 minutes). Take your time with it and it is the only episode released this week!

Hey Beautiful People,
Next Month is Women’s History Month and my next Live Roundtable! It will be Friday March 13th 6-8pm at Just Bookish!
For Women’s History Month, I wanted to have a conversation with men, specifically Black men to talk the about the trappings of masculinity. This conversation is necessary to discuss how men are taking accountability and responsibility for themselves and the education of other men about the patriarchy.
It is Free to attend! RSVP so we can arrange the proper amount of seating. Come join us as these beautiful souls decide to sit in THE CHAIR.
