Rest looked like less screen time, quiet walks on the property, long conversations, slow mornings, and every meal prepared for you.
I host retreats because I believe people need space to hear themselves again. Space to zoom out of the pressure of daily life and reconnect to something deeper, quieter, and more honest.
So much of the work we do over a weekend continues unfolding long after the retreat ends. A Soul Therapy retreat becomes a bookmark in your life. A dog-eared page you return to. A memory that reminds you who you were becoming.

A gift for my wife. I still recall seeing this watch on my step mom when I was a kid. I was immediately drawn to it and always had it in the back of my mind until I saw it for sale. It was a great price so I had to get it. A piece of her that will always be a part of us. Forever.

Hi! I’m Briana 💫
Having my own garden has always been a dream of mine and my mom inspired me a few years ago when she built her own. There would be some delicious plants like eggplant, peppers, lettuce, basil, parsley.. it was so lively and fresh!
I also started volunteering at gardens around Jersey city 2 years ago and am excited to take on this next big project.
My final push that happened was an astrological reading with my dear friend, Panchita. I’m an earth sign and have always attested my barefoot-while-staring-at-the-sun activities to that. But after the reading - oh my! Turns out the very core of my being is deeply connected to nature. Once all the information settled I couldn’t waste another minute inside! That is how the garden was born 🌱
