I never saw myself as talented. I came up in a singing group/ Label team management etc..that made me question everything.
What I didn’t understand back then… I already had it. I just needed refinement.
Nobody starts great. But if you’re around people who don’t know how to nurture what’s in you, it can delay you and mess with how you see yourself.
Now people close to me say my talent is intimidating. I just smile… because if they knew the version of me that had to fight to even believe in it, they’d understand.
If you’re reading this, keep going. Don’t let your environment define your ceiling.
“Renegade” will be one of my best works.
I’m just so hyped bout this project. I worked with my brother, my mentee Melisa, Joey and a few super producers before the blow up. (Again) 🫠
