Some memories never fade — they stay frozen in frames like this. Back when Canon had just introduced the EOS digital series in India, photography itself felt like it was entering a new world. It was that beautiful transitional phase where film cameras still had their soul, but digital had started opening doors to limitless experimentation. This photograph was taken by one of my closest friends — someone whose absence still feels unreal today. He had just bought this digital masterpiece and was obsessed with exploring what this new technology could do. I became his willing guinea pig for countless creative experiments. At that time, my hair flowed below my waist, I lived and breathed classic rock, and we carried that raw rebellious energy everywhere we went. This particular shoot happened at the old dock shed on Mithbunder Road, Thane — dusty, rugged, imperfect, and absolutely cinematic. We didn’t have elaborate setups or expensive production. Just imagination, instinct, music in our heads, and the excitement of creating something different. Every frame was an experiment — playing with mood, light leaks, textures, attitude, and storytelling. We would spend hours discussing themes, poses, references, and ideas as if we were making album covers for some underground rock band. Looking back now, those moments were never really about photography alone. They were about friendship, passion, creativity, and the freedom of youth. What a time it was. What a friend he was. And what beautiful, unforgettable days those were.

Valathu Vashathe Kallan is a gritty, mind-bending crime thriller by Jeethu Joseph that turns a murder investigation into a dark labyrinth of vengeance, ego, and pseudo masculinity. Biju Menon delivers a haunting performance as corrupt cop Antony Xavier, while Joju George stands tall as a grieving father driven by justice. What starts as police apathy in Irene’s murder spirals into a tense psychological battle between two broken men. Less of a procedural, more of an emotional showdown—this one explores justice delayed, fractured relationships, and the cost of moral decay. Dark, intense, and unapologetically unsettling. 🔥

Sambhavam Adhyayam Onnu is a sharp reminder that you don’t need massive budgets to deliver a gripping cinematic experience. Built on a high-concept premise and executed with admirable restraint, the film thrives on tension, atmosphere, and smart storytelling rather than spectacle. What truly stands out is the vision & precision of its Writer Director Jithu Satheesan Mangalathu as he craft a narrative that feels both intimate and expansive, layering suspense with just enough ambiguity to keep you constantly guessing. Their ability to extract maximum impact from minimal resources speaks volumes about their craft. Every frame feels purposeful, every twist earned. Big shout out to Cinematographer Naveen Najose The film leans heavily into mood, using its setting and pacing to create an almost claustrophobic sense of intrigue. Instead of over-explaining, it trusts the audience to engage, which is a refreshing choice. The writing, in particular, deserves applause for maintaining a tight grip on the narrative while still allowing moments of quiet introspection. Sambhavam Adhyayam Onnu proves that ingenuity and strong storytelling can be just as powerful, if not more. It’s the kind of film that lingers, not because of what it shows, but because of what it makes you think. My mind is beyond blown after watching this edge of the seat experience. Please take some ‘Time’ for this classic.

There was something about school farewells that felt bigger than the day itself. It started weeks before the quiet panic of what to wear, the endless back-and-forth, hunting through stores, borrowing, stitching, tweaking…all just to get that one look right. Effortlessly dapper on the outside, but behind it, so much effort to stand out just a little more than everyone else. And then came the photoshoot. I stumbled upon these old pictures today shot by a photographer friend who isn’t around anymore. Back then, it was just another exciting part of the farewell ritual. Today, they feel heavier. Not just memories of a day, but of a person, a time, a version of life that quietly slipped away. What I remember most isn’t the outfit or the pictures though it’s that strange, sinking feeling underneath it all. Smiling, laughing, posing like everything was perfect… while somewhere inside, it had already begun to hurt. The realization that in just a few days, this everyday life these corridors, these faces, these unplanned conversations would no longer be yours. You don’t really say goodbye properly at that age. You assume you’ll meet again, talk again, pick up where you left off. But life doesn’t always work that way. Funny how a few photographs can bring it all rushing back — the excitement, the effort, the friendships… and the quiet ache of knowing that some goodbyes happen before you’re ready to understand them.

As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself looking back with a full heart. It wasn’t an easy year—it had its fair share of ups and downs, smiles and silences, wins that felt loud and losses that stayed quiet. There were fights that tested patience, moments that demanded apologies, and resolutions made with hope—some kept, some broken, but all meaningful in their own way. This year introduced me to new people. Some became friends who stayed, some were lessons who slowly faded, and some chose a different path altogether. Each one, in their own way, taught me something—about trust, boundaries, growth, and letting go. 2025 reminded me that not everyone is meant to stay forever, but everyone leaves something behind. Through it all, I’ve grown—stronger, calmer, and a little wiser. I’m grateful for the love that stayed, the courage it took to walk away where needed, and the strength to keep going even when things felt heavy. As I step into the new year, I do so with hope in my eyes and lessons in my heart. Here’s to healing, to peace, to deeper connections, and to becoming a better version of ourselves. May the coming year be kinder, brighter, and filled with moments that truly matter. Hello, New Year. I’m ready. 🌱✨

Happy Anniversary, बायको ❤️ Sometimes I still wonder how two school kids who exchanged shy smiles and stolen glances ended up building a whole life together. From those simple beginnings to saying “I do” in 2014, our story has felt nothing short of destiny quietly doing its magic. What a journey it’s been beautiful, unpredictable, challenging, and rewarding in the most heartfelt ways. We’ve grown together, laughed together, learned together… and somehow, even in the toughest moments, we’ve always found our way back to each other. You’ve been my calm and my spark, my safe place and my greatest adventure. And yes, I’ll admit it you’ve also always been the wiser one, the one who keeps this roller coaster from flying off the tracks. I pretend it’s me, but we both know the truth. Thank you for loving me, choosing me, and walking this path with me hand in hand, heart to heart. If I had to go back to that schoolyard and start all over again, I’d choose you every single time. Happy Anniversary, Neelam. Here’s to us, to our journey, and to a forever that still feels exciting. ❤️
