Hi, I’m Simon 👋 Producer for Modern Pop and RNB. And this is my story:
I started as an artist - More than 10 years ago, I started to write and record my own songs in my bedroom with the most basic equipment you can imagine. But it was not as easy as I thought.
I failed BIG TIME. I was a one-man-show and I tried to produce, mix and master my own songs.
I was never really happy with the result and my songs were definitely not competing with the songs I loved.
While spending so much time on little technical details, I also lost the excitement and passion for my own songs...
At some point, I realized that I was way more interested in production and mixing than being an actual artist.
I took keyboard lessons, learned music theory, worked in different co-working studios and invested a lot of time and money in perfecting my sound.
I even studied Audio Engineering, hoping to take my skills to the next level.
While I was getting better at producing and mixing, artists in my circle started to notice.
From a young age, I got the chance to produce and work with artists, which helped me to improve my production skills tremendously.
To this day, I produce/mix for Modern Pop and RNB artists while helping them to achieve a unique sound that stands out.
My mission? Making great-sounding songs that artists can be proud of and that their fans love.
While making sure artists don’t get lost in technical details, so they can focus on what matters the most: their music.
