Above the dense streets of Gangnam, Seesaw, designed by Studio Puisto Architects, takes shape through our visualization — a unique headquarters concept for a hospitality company, envisioned as an urban landmark that brings a resort-like calm into the bustling city.
The design draws from Nordic spatial principles, natural materials, and the quiet charm of forests and coastal villages, creating a warm and intimate environment. Collaborative village-style layouts, modular meeting spaces, and a rooftop restaurant in earthy tones are all expressed in the visualization through spatial continuity, material rhythm, and soft, inviting light. Outside, the building appears gently through fog and city light, while inside, volumes, textures, and light guide the experience, merging nature, community, and contemporary work culture.
Bringing this atmosphere into visualization requires careful attention to detail, and the revision stage is where the imagery truly takes shape. Each adjustment is about fine-tuning, gradually giving the visualization clarity and presence. With an architectural background, our team works with the precision of a sculptor refining marble. Every subtle decision is considered carefully, highlighting what matters, removing what doesn’t, and shaping the visualization to reflect the design intent
