One thing imma do…is eat. Never been the “i’m not hungry,” “I don’t eat breakfast,” type of girl. Not eating gets you absolutely nowhere in this fitness thing. Gaining or losing. Food is fuel! No fast fads, no keto, no intermittent fasting, no detox teas. Just whole foods and water. You wouldn’t put 87 gas in a Bently. Don’t treat your body any different. Your body is a temple, fuel it like one!

- A lil bit of cinnamon, nutmeg
-A lil bit of the Sugar Free Jello White Chocolate powder
-A splash of vanilla extract
-1/4 cup of Vanilla Oikos Protein yogurt
-A lil bit of carrots
-A lil bit of pecans

As someone who’s always identified as a lifter, this shift is exactly what I needed to challenge myself. I’ve been on the same split for 3 years, so dropping down to 2 lifting days is a big change. But i’m locked in! I have a love/hate relationship with new challenges because if I’m not good at something, I will obsess until I am.
