We're switching it up for this one-our FIRST time bringing Pilates into the boxing gym.
Join us for a Friday Night Wind Down session where all emotions are invited! Whether you're celebrating, grieving, healing, or somewhere in between.
We'll start with a short boxing session to let it out, flow into Pilates to bring it back in, and end with a cute crafting station to make a card for someone meaningful (your mom, a role model, yourself... no rules here).
