POV: You’re wandering through villages with names like ‘Lower Slaughter’ and ‘Burton-on-the-Water’ wondering if you’ve accidentally walked into a fantasy novel 🌿
Visited the actual church door that inspired Tolkien’s Middle-earth and honestly? The Cotswolds might just be the real Shire.
Fun fact: The iconic honey-colored stone here gets its glow from limestone that’s been formed over 200 million years ;
Basically you’re walking through Jurassic-era magic ✨
WAGAMAMA TIME BABY 🍜🧨
WAGAMAMA IS FINALLY IN MUMBAI! 🔥🍜
I’m genuinely emotional right now. As someone who’s been OBSESSED with Wagamama every single time I visit London (literally my go-to for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner), I cannot believe they’ve finally opened in India, right here in Colaba!
For those who don’t know, Wagamama is this iconic Asian restaurant chain from London that’s famous for their incredible ramen, but honestly their entire menu is pure magic.
Think fresh, vibrant Asian flavors that somehow perfectly match our Indian palate - it’s that perfect Indochinese vibe we all love.
I visited on Day 2 of their opening and guys… THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The quality is EXACTLY like London - maybe even better!
✨ Tried my holy trinity:
🔥 Chicken Firecracker (watch the video to see my genuine first reaction to eating this in India!)
🍛 Chicken Katsu Curry
🍜 Their legendary ramen
Every single bite was impeccable. The service? Flawless. The flavors? Chef’s kiss
Mumbai foodies, you NEED to experience this. This isn’t just another restaurant opening - this is Wagamama bringing their A-game to India and I’m here for ALL of it.
Who’s coming with me next time? Because I’m already planning my next visit 😅

Today, as India turns another page of independence, I’m reminding myself that freedom isn’t a trophy in a glass case. It is a daily practice.
I treasure the choices I can make: to speak my mind, build work I love, travel to new places, and keep learning. But I also know these freedoms do not feel the same for everyone, every day. That makes them not less precious but more worth protecting.
“Unity in diversity” isn’t a slogan. It is the everyday magic of sharing space with people who pray differently, speak differently, vote differently, and still choose to show up for one another. When we do that, freedom grows. When any voice is pushed to the margins, our freedom shrinks.
None of this arrived by accident. We owe it to the courage of freedom fighters and to the quiet, present-day guardians of our republic: teachers, nurses, journalists, sanitation workers, judges, soldiers, small business owners, and caregivers who keep the promise of India alive shift after shift.
So here’s my pledge: to use my voice without drowning out yours, to disagree without disrespect, to support fairness even when it is inconvenient, and to lift someone who has less room to breathe than I do.
Freedom was a gift. It is also an assignment. Let us submit our best work together.
Jai Hind. 🇮🇳
What does freedom mean to you today, in one line?
Sharing is not an option sometimes 😬 🥖
When you see a 50-person queue for bread and think they’re all crazy… until you realize YOU’RE the crazy one for doubting Korean bread magic ✨

Gwangjang food market - one of Seoul’s oldest traditional markets, over 100 years old!
Name Game: The name Kkwabaegi (in Hangul 꽈배기) comes from the verb 꼬다 (kkota), which means “to twist”. Translated literally, kkwabaegi means “twisted bread stick”.
The mildly sweet, fluffy, spongy, twisted doughnuts are made with yeasted wheat or glutinous rice flour dough and melted butter. They are deep-fried in oil and coated with sugar and cinnamon powder & - that’s why they’re simultaneously crispy AND fluffy!

Flavors of Bikaner: A Street Food Adventure 🍴
Bikaner isn’t just famous for its iconic Bhujia, it’s also a treasure trove of lip-smacking street food!
Here’s where my taste buds took me:
✨ Khasta Kachori @ Bikaner Bhujia Bhandaar (Station Rd) – Crisp, flaky, and bursting with flavors!
✨ Raj Kachori @ Chappan Bhog & Bikaner Bhujia Bhandaar – Both were delicious, but Chappan Bhog takes the crown for its perfect balance of tanginess and crunch.
✨ Rasgullas @ Chotu Motu Joshi, Bikaner Chandmal, and Chappan Bhog – The winner? Bikaner Chandmal for its soft texture and spot-on sweetness.
✨ Gol Gappa @ Chappan Bhog – Undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had!
✨ Bikaneri Bhujia @ Bishanlal Babulal (near Sankhla Fata) – A spice-packed classic you must try; nothing beats the original!
Did you know?
➡️ Bikaner Bhujia has been a part of India’s culinary heritage for over 140 years and even holds a GI (Geographical Indication) tag!
➡️ Chotu Motu Joshi is a legendary spot known for keeping the legacy of traditional sweets alive for decades.
Drop by these places and let me know your faves! What’s your go-to Bikaneri snack? 🤤

Proof that throwing all your leftovers into one bowl isn’t lazy, it’s a royal tradition. Who’s fancy now?😎
Calling all vegetarians!
This barley bibimbap is proof you can savor authentic Korean flavors without the meat.
Warm, hearty, and absolutely delicious-it’s like a hug in a bowl.
📍Seoul , South Korea 🇰🇷🍜🍚🥢
Fun Facts About Bibimbap: 1. Royal Origins: Bibimbap was originally considered a royal dish served to Korean kings. It’s the ultimate “meal fit for a king” that you can now enjoy in markets like Gongjeong! 2. Pre-New Year Tradition: Historically, Bibimbap was eaten on the eve of Lunar New Year to finish off all the leftover ingredients in the house—a practical and delicious way to start the year fresh. 3. Symbol of Harmony: The colorful ingredients in Bibimbap represent yin and yang and the balance of the universe. Eating it is basically participating in cosmic harmony (and it tastes way better than it sounds!). 4. A Farmer’s Favorite: Back in the day, farmers used Bibimbap as their go-to meal because it was quick, easy, and could be eaten straight from the bowl—practical meal prep before meal prep was trendy! 5. World Record: South Korea once made the world’s largest Bibimbap, weighing over 8 tons, in 2007! That’s one way to mix things up. 6. Healing Powers: In Korean culture, Bibimbap is considered a healing food because of its balanced combination of carbs, protein, and vegetables—basically a wellness retreat in a bowl.
When in Seoul, food adventures are a must! 🍜
Gwangjang Market, one of Korea’s oldest traditional markets, is a paradise for foodies and history buffs alike.

I tried the iconic kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and mandu (dumplings) at the stall that Netflix’s Street Food made famous-and trust me, the hype is REAL! 👏🏻
From sizzling sounds to mouthwatering flavors, every corner of this market tells a story of tradition and taste. If you’re ever in Seoul, this place is a sensory overload you can’t miss! ✨

Autumn leaves, golden moments, and the rugged beauty of Donegal 🌿 Ballymastocker Bay might be calling, but for now, this peaceful lake is my vibe. 🍁💫
#wildatlanticway
The Wild Atlantic Way, which runs through Donegal, is the longest coastal touring route in the world, stretching over 2,500 km!
Fun fact: Donegal is not just breathtaking—it’s home to one of the world’s longest coastal routes AND the second most beautiful beach! 🌊🍂 Tell me this isn’t autumn perfection.
