This collage’s starting point was actually a rejected piece. I really like how the flowers turned out so I took them to a new canvas and started building the piece around them, guess I have a thing for extreme face piercings or so it seems.
In the meantime my commissions are open for June and I’m working on a few more ink and paper pieces. Thanks for the ongoing support ghouls!

This started has a Brush Pen practice on watercolor paper and the end result reminded me a lot of the movie “Southern Comfort” so I scanned it, played with the paper textures already present, edited a few movie stills digitally and put together the entire composition. I found Phasma’s music unpredictable and intriguing when I first heard them and the way they tried to meld black and death metal influences definitely piqued my interest. The new album does a lot, showcasing improved songwriting skills and keeping you guessing about what’s coming next. Cheers to all those who saw its merits and derived some enjoyment from it! It’s officially out in full now!
