i think analog-brain might be too radical for reality, not sure which colour pill to take on this one.
im recording takes using samples of recordings of archived tapes containing recordings used as samples in a physical unit.
bouncing stuff to tape is the closest to arts and crafts you can get musically, like when you press a leaf down under wax paper and rub it with a pastel.
recording live to tape is like that, except you have to conjure the leaf milliseconds before the pastel starts scribbling
i think anyway,
it feels like im trying to make leaves in a petri dish thats too small, and actually, im not sure if i even care much for leaves. maybe i should try pine needles?
i have 2 weeks left to figure out how procrastination works.
should be lots of time.
