On June 5th, UNBOTTLED is taking over @poise.bk in Bed-Stuy for a deep-listening celebration of Jill Scottās monumental return.
Itās been over a decade since her last full studio project and a comeback this significant deserves Unbottledās craft to match.
Weāre moving beyond the classroom for this one and hosting our first Popup in BROOKLYN. We have curated cocktails that double as tribute to the tracklist, translating Jillās lyrics into the glass.

I am beyond honored to announce that for the second year in a row, Iāve been named one of theĀ Top 100 bartenders in the U.S. for @worldclassus x @tales_of_the_cocktail The Solera Slice, is the name of the cocktail that allowed me to receive my ranking .
I wanted to capture the nostalgia of the winter holiday specifically that perfect slice of apple pie and translate it into a high-end liquid experience.
UsingĀ Ron Zacapa 23, I leaned into a āmad scientistā approach: fat-washing the rum with salted creamy butter to mimic a flaky crust, and balancing it with a house-made spiced apple syrup and the nutty brightness of Fino Sherry.
To my Detroit community, my mentors, and my fellow bartenders thank you for pushing me to keep refining my craft.
