ā€œTo Whom This May Concernā€ On June 5th, UNBOTTLED is taking over @poise.bk in Bed-Stuy for a deep-listening celebration of Jill Scott’s monumental return. It’s been over a decade since her last full studio project and a comeback this significant deserves Unbottled’s craft to match. We’re moving beyond the classroom for this one and hosting our first Popup in BROOKLYN. We have curated cocktails that double as tribute to the tracklist, translating Jill’s lyrics into the glass. Consistency is the goal; growth is the journey. Breaking my fast today with a heart full of gratitude and some incredible news. šŸ„‚āœØ I am beyond honored to announce that for the second year in a row, I’ve been named one of theĀ Top 100 bartenders in the U.S. for @worldclassus x @tales_of_the_cocktail The Solera Slice, is the name of the cocktail that allowed me to receive my ranking . I wanted to capture the nostalgia of the winter holiday specifically that perfect slice of apple pie and translate it into a high-end liquid experience. UsingĀ Ron Zacapa 23, I leaned into a ā€œmad scientistā€ approach: fat-washing the rum with salted creamy butter to mimic a flaky crust, and balancing it with a house-made spiced apple syrup and the nutty brightness of Fino Sherry. It’s that time of the year again for our Annual rate increase. Do you have your bartending services secured for your special event for 2026? Currently our rates start at $650 for 4 hours of service. We cater all events lock in this special rate today because after March 1st it will be gone forever. #mobilebartending

3 min set up, 3 min to prepare the cocktails. I came in 4th by like ONE second behind. Pretty good for my first time ever, Im happy I was able to step outside my comfort zone and get more comfortable with live challenges it was truly fun! Whether you’re in the industry or not, folks in Detroit and urban communities in general who love the hospitality scene deserve access to quality resources, tools, and information. I want to help bridge that gap. With over 10 years of experience working in food and beverage in various capacities, my career path has been anything but traditional. Along the way, I’ve built meaningful relationships with peers across the industry. I’m excited to partner with @_torrriaa to create UNBOTTLED curating intimate spaces where we can bring industry leaders in to share their knowledge; spaces where like minded people can connect, learn from one another, and grow together.
