Current status of the build š
Weāre still in the groundworks and investigation phase, but this isnāt standard prep, itās controlled excavation through highly variable ground conditions, including rock.
Geotechnical work is ongoing, and what weāre uncovering is directly influencing engineering decisions in real time. This is one of those builds where the ground dictates the design as much as the drawings do.

Completed back in 2022 and still one of our favourite homes to look back on.
Designed to make the most of the elevated position and water views from the main living and entertaining areas, this home was built around light, space and easy indoor-outdoor living.
The mix of clean lines, oversized openings and high ceilings gave the home a modern architectural feel, while the soft coastal palette and warm timber flooring kept it relaxed and inviting throughout.
The kitchen became a real feature of the home too - functional and perfectly positioned to connect with both the living and entertaining spaces.
