Our MD, Zumurrud Rinquest, was invited to speak at the Innovator Trust Women in Tech event, a full-circle moment for both her and C&C.
What made this milestone even more meaningful is the journey behind it. 10 years ago, Zumurrud joined the Innovator Trust programme as a small SMME founder seeking mentorship. A decade later, she returned as an alumni and MD of a women-led creative agency, sharing insights on how AI is reshaping our industry, from workflows and roles to how we define originality.
Key reflections from the day:
