I’ve pretty much always used stainless steel for everything. But when I first started making chainmaille, I ordered a ton of bright aluminum rings just to try em out and see how I felt about them. I’ve never really reached for them before, but decided not to waste them and went ahead and made lots of new bracelets over the last two days!
