I combined the sweetness of mango and passionfruit with fresh salmon, avocado, garden cress, and pepperoncinis — finished with a fresh green herb sauce.
Ingredients:
• 100g fresh salmon
• Avocado
• Pepperoncinis
• Garden cress
• Passionfruit
• Mango
• olive oil
Green herb sauce:
• 100ml sour cream
• Cilantro
• Parsley
• Half a garlic clove
• Salt & pepper
• 1 pimento pepper
• Juice of half a lime
• Dash of olive oil

Tuna 100gr
Cucumber dices

Garden Cress

Lime Juice
Green sauce:
100 ml sour cream
Cilantro
Parsley
Half a garlic clove
Salt
Pepper
1 pimento pepper
Juice of half a lime
Dash of olive oil

Want a protein-packed snack that actually delivers? This one’s simple, juicy and built right.
Kebab:
350g minced chicken
½ onion (finely chopped)
Parsley
1 garlic clove
Mixed spices (your choice)
Salt & pepper
Mix everything well, then spread the meat thinly on baking paper.
Bake at 180°C for 8 min, then 200°C for 4–5 min until golden edges form.
Cut into pieces and finish shortly in the oven for extra texture.
Garlic Sauce:
120g natural yogurt
1 garlic clove (crushed)
Grated cucumber (water squeezed out)
Salt & pepper
Pickled Pink Onions:
Thinly slice onions
1:1 water & herb vinegar
Herbs or bay leaf
Bring liquid to a simmer and pour over the onions.
Close the jar and let sit for 20–30 min.
Assembly:
Make 4 equal wraps
Add chicken, feta and a simple shiraz salad (tomato, onion, parsley, lemon juice)
Wrap them up and toast briefly in a pan for color
