Home made „Chicken Dürüm“ — no shortcuts Want a protein-packed snack that actually delivers? This one’s simple, juicy and built right. Kebab: 350g minced chicken ½ onion (finely chopped) Parsley 1 garlic clove Mixed spices (your choice) Salt & pepper Mix everything well, then spread the meat thinly on baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 8 min, then 200°C for 4–5 min until golden edges form. Cut into pieces and finish shortly in the oven for extra texture. Garlic Sauce: 120g natural yogurt 1 garlic clove (crushed) Grated cucumber (water squeezed out) Salt & pepper Pickled Pink Onions: Thinly slice onions 1:1 water & herb vinegar Herbs or bay leaf Bring liquid to a simmer and pour over the onions. Close the jar and let sit for 20–30 min.
