近排成日落雨,最啱就係喺海邊食下午茶✨ 今次試咗香港麗晶酒店聯乘法國五月藝術節,推出限定「致香港的情書」下午茶🥂 有中西元素碰撞嘅鹹及甜點,包括法式馬鈴薯大蔥冷湯配 XO 醬、芝麻蝦多士配魚子醬、叉燒酥配佩里戈爾黑松露醬、迷你菠蘿包配鵝肝凍批、香港歌劇院蛋糕、巴黎香港布雷斯特泡芙等🍰
Lately it’s been raining all the time, so having afternoon tea by the sea is just perfect. This time I tried Regent Hong Kong limited “Love Letter to Hong Kong” afternoon tea created in collaboration with French May Arts Festival.

It’s the Rose Framboise Cake from The Grand Hyatt. • 一向覺得 @kowloonshangrila 的 Angelini好食兼高性價比,最近全新推出 「主廚推介四道菜晚市套餐」只係$628/pp,建議 +$278 wine pairing 令成個用餐體驗更圓滿🍷餐廳總廚冼志雄師傅(Sam)延續以意大利南部為創作靈感,推出多款別具巧思的全新菜式,前菜每款都清新開胃,尤其鍾意西西里紅蝦韃靼配青蘋果、卡達伊菲脆絲及魚子醬,口感非常豐富💖 和牛煙肉「卡邦尼」直紋通粉配蛋黃及巴馬臣芝士好特別,居然諗到和牛版煙肉🤯 通粉煙韌掛汁~ 必食羊鞍,羊香濃郁毫無羶味,非常軟嫩🫶🏻

always felt that Angelini offers great value for money when it comes to Italian dining in Kowloon 🍝✨ They’ve recently launched a new “Chef’s Sam 4-Course Tasting Dinner Menu” at just $628/pp. I’d recommend adding the $278 wine pairing 🍷 to really elevate the whole experience.
Executive Chef Sam inspiration from Southern Italy, presenting a range of creative and thoughtfully crafted new dishes. The starters are fresh and appetizing, with the standout being the Sicily red prawn tartare — beautifully layered in both texture and flavor 💖
For pasta, Rigatoni alla Carbonara with wagyu beef bacon, egg yolk and Parmigiano cheese is a pleasant surprise. Using wagyu as bacon adds a richer depth, combined with egg yolk and Parmesan for a silky, well-coated finish.
Lamb rack is a must-try — tender, juicy, and full of flavor without any gaminess, showing excellent technique.
They’re also offering a special “Celebration Experience” with a rose, a custom dessert plate, and an instant photo, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch 💝 Perfect for birthdays or anniversaries.
