Exercise can be such a powerful tool for mental health - helping to regulate the nervous system, lift mood, release stress and bring us back into the present moment. But just as important is the feeling of belonging, encouragement and connection that community brings.

Summer Solstice đ The Zenith of Light âď¸ The Peak of Prana â¨
The Summer Solstice celebrates the longest day of the year. The Sun reaches its absolute height - its âZenithâ - pouring its fullest radiance onto the Earth. As yogis, we see this as more than just an astronomical event; it is a sacred invitation to absorb the solar Prana into our own body - enhancing our vitality and charging our inner light for the months ahead.
This moment of the years cyclical process is the ultimate opportunity to cultivate a sense of vitality and illumination, using the Sunâs peak frequency to ignite our own internal clarity and spark of wisdom.
As we celebrate this peak of light, we also mark a beautiful paradoxical shift into âDakshinayanaâ; we begin the slow, graceful transition into the darker half of the year and move from the outward energy of âdoingâ and âactionâ, to the inner intention of âbeingâ and âreceptivenessâ.
By honouring the light of the solstice, the illumination we can charge up within acts as a cosmic battery, carrying its warmth and clarity through to the darker seasons ahead.

The Summer Solstice marks the height of the sunâs journey - when light is at its fullest, nature is in abundance and the earth feels alive with energy.
At this midsummer threshold, weâll come together in this memorable evening of ceremony and movement to honour the light within and around us.
Becci will guide you through a heart-led opening circle, followed by a shamanic ritual in honour of Mother Earth, before moving into an uplifting, fiery yoga practice to awaken warmth and expansion.
Weather permitting our intention will be to host this special evening outside in our Orchards.

Earth Day - 22nd April 2026 đ
The simple part is - we all share this Earth. Our pachamama. đ It is estimated we currently share it with 8.29 billion other humans, let alone animals and other wildlife sources of the oceans and land.
Mother Earth is ultimately a home to each and every one of us.
If we as humans could all give a little more thanks, a little more care, a little more acknowledgment, even by just 1% difference each day⌠imagine what 8.29 billion % difference could make in one single day.
Some steps we might consider:
⢠walking where we donât need to drive đś
⢠â reuse, recycle, relove âťď¸
⢠â buy 2nd hand
⢠â turn out the lights
⢠â down down the heating - add a jumper instead
⢠â plant trees and flowers- encourage wildlife to bloom
⢠â notice natures blessings
âŚbecause when we slow down enough to notice, itâs all already here.
The changing skies, the quiet rhythm of the seasons, the warmth of the sun on your skin, the sound of birds in the morning - small, simple reminders that weâre part of something much bigger.
Weâre lucky to live amongst such beauty. And the more we care for it, the more it gives back to us đ

Such a beautiful afternoon welcoming a colourful shift into Spring đż
It was so special to see everyone arrive, soften, and really take time for themselves - the energy throughout the day felt calm, open and genuinely uplifting.
From Pippaâs fluid, gently awakening sacral yoga flow, to the creativity and expression within Emilyâs art session, there was such a lovely sense of connection, both within ourselves and as a group.
Paired with the most nourishing plant-based lunch by Tara, it felt like the perfect balance of movement, creativity and rest.
