We had a special arrival 🐎 this past Saturday. This lovely lady has been on our watch since 2021. Being unraced for the past 3 years and her fate unknown. We are so happy along with her guardian angels who never gave up to welcome her to life off of the race track. New York bred Miss Tapizar will finally be going home. 🙌🏻

Gracias a @cta_pr en Río Grande por abrirnos las puertas y permitirnos vivir una experiencia tan especial junto a estos seres tan nobles, resilientes y llenos de paz. Cada caballo tiene una historia, y ver el amor, la paciencia y el cuidado que reciben aquí fue algo que me tocó el corazón profundamente.
Entre limpiar establos, acariciarlos, aprender de su comportamiento y simplemente compartir silencio con ellos, entendí que el verdadero cuidado animal también significa dar segundas oportunidades. Estos caballos merecen amor, respeto y una vida digna después de todo lo que han dado.

Meet El Enemigo 🐎
At just 5 years old, Enemigo’s story didn’t follow the usual path. He did not race, as he struggled with the demands of race training but that hasn’t stopped him from showing just how much potential he has.
Since arriving with us as a 4-year-old, Enemigo has come a long way. He’s grown into a talented, athletic horse who loves to jump and enjoys hitting the trails.
He’s best suited for an experienced home, as he does not do well turned out with other horses and needs thoughtful management.
